CHEMICAL COMPOSITION:

Phosphate rock is produced by grinding of dry screened natural phosphates of Chilisai phosphate deposit. The deposit is located in North West Kazakhstan

The phosphate grinding is performed using vertical shaft impact mills with air classification. Beyond grinding, this technique implements mechanical and electrostatic activation of the powder fertilizer.

Rich content. Natural rock phosphate, in addition to phosphorus, contains calcium, sulphur, silica, and white range of other micro elements available to plants.

Environmental safety. The Chilisai Rock does not pollute the soil and ground water with substances toxic to plants and animals.

Prolonged action. Mobile phosphates are sustained in soil for up to 3 to 5 years after phosphate rock application.

Low cost and high efficiency. Chilisai Rock has more than 80% of total phosphates available to plants, while having price competitive to water soluble phosphate fertilizers.

Improvement of plant endurance. Phosphate fertilizers improve plants’ resistivity to diseases, tolerance to drought and freeze.

Soil ameliorant. Rock Phosphate reduces soil acidity, and improves physical and chemical properties of the soil and its structure. It can be used as a substitution for both liming and phosphate fertilizing.
